Tom Wydra

I began my career in construction in 2004 as an apprentice, building a strong foundation through hands-on experience and a commitment to learning the trade. Over the next decade, I worked my way up to Foreman, leading crews and managing a diverse range of commercial projects, from smaller jobs to large-scale installations.

My leadership and experience eventually led me to become a General Superintendent, a position I held for approximately five years. In this role, I oversaw field operations, coordinated manpower, managed project schedules, and ensured quality workmanship across multiple projects.

Looking to expand my expertise beyond field operations, I transitioned into estimating and project management, where I combined my extensive field experience with budgeting, planning, and project execution. This progression ultimately led to the opportunity to launch our own company, where I continue to apply the knowledge, leadership, and relationships I’ve built throughout my career.

I take great pride in developing strong, long-term relationships with clients, employees, and industry partners. I believe that trust, accountability, and delivering on commitments are the foundation of every successful project and lasting business relationship.

Outside of work, I’m a proud Husband and father of three and enjoy spending time with my family. I also enjoy golfing, exploring new restaurants, and traveling whenever the opportunity arises.
