Susan Selway

I began my professional career in 1972 as the Executive Secretary to the President of Delmarva Chemicals, where I worked until 1978. During that time, I gained valuable experience working with major chemical companies, including DuPont, W.R. Grace, and Monsanto.

After getting married, I took an eight-year break from the workforce to raise my two daughters. In 1986, I returned as a Specification Typist and Editor with an engineering firm, supporting the Mechanical, Electrical, and Fire Protection departments. During my 24 years there, I also gained experience in accounting, payroll, purchasing, and cataloging.

From 2010 to 2020, I continued building my administrative and construction-industry experience as an Administrative Assistant and Contract Specialist with two additional firms.

In 2020, I began working with Tim Hudak as a Bid Coordinator. Today, I serve as an Executive Coordinator, working alongside Kathy Hudak and supporting a variety of administrative and operational responsibilities.

With more than five decades of professional experience, I take pride in being dependable, organized, and willing to step in wherever I’m needed. I enjoy being part of a team and using my experience to help support the continued growth and success of TJC.
