Elvis Escobar

I began my career in the mechanical insulation industry in February 2006, and over the past 20 years, I’ve gained extensive hands-on experience and developed a strong understanding of the trade. Throughout my career, I’ve continued to build my skills, take on new challenges, and expand my knowledge of the industry, working my way into leadership and field operations.

Today, I serve as Senior Construction Manager at TJC, where I focus on overseeing field activities, coordinating manpower, supporting crews, and helping ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. I enjoy the challenges that come with managing field operations and take pride in helping our teams stay organized, productive, and focused on delivering quality workmanship.

My experience in the field has taught me the importance of teamwork, communication, accountability, and leading by example. I believe that every project presents an opportunity to learn something new, improve our processes, and become better at what we do. My goal is to continue growing within the company, take on greater responsibilities, and expand my knowledge of all aspects of the construction industry. Of course, I’m also hoping that as I continue to move up, Tom sees fit to give me a raise so I can finally afford to grow up!

Outside of work, family is a big part of my life. I got married in 2015, and my wife and I have two children. Our son was born in December 2017, and our daughter joined the family in October 2025. Between work and family life, there’s always something keeping me busy, but I wouldn’t have it any other way.

With 20 years in the industry, I look forward to continuing to build on my experience, learning from those around me, and taking advantage of new opportunities. My goal is simple: keep improving, keep moving forward, and see how far I can take my career while enjoying the journey along the way.
