I began my career in the insulation industry in 1981 as an apprentice, gaining hands-on experience and learning the trade from the ground up. Over the years, I worked with several companies, honing my skills and deepening my industry knowledge. In 1995, I stepped into an estimating role with Arctic Insulation, and by 2001, I became owner of the company. I proudly led operations there until 2012. After taking a break from the industry, I returned in 2021 as a superintendent, bringing a renewed perspective and continued dedication to the field. In 2024, I embraced a new chapter as Operations Manager, where I now focus on driving efficiency, supporting our team, and ensuring every project is executed to the highest standards.
