The Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, is a major regional healthcare facility providing comprehensive acute-care, emergency, surgical, trauma, cardiovascular, cancer, and specialty medical services. The campus is undergoing a nearly $900 million expansion and modernization project encompassing approximately 600,000 square feet between new construction and renovations.

The expansion includes a new 11-story patient tower designed to increase inpatient capacity and transition the hospital toward an all-private-room model. The project also includes expanded emergency and trauma services, additional operating rooms, intensive-care capacity, cardiovascular treatment spaces, and upgrades to existing clinical areas.
